摘要 虽然CAPP的研究已经进行了多年,但它仍然是产品设计/制造自动化的一个瓶颈。本文首先分析了CAPP系统的某些缺陷,提出了解决这些问题的关键在于人机协同,而可视化是人机协同工作的重要基础,进而探讨了可视化工艺规则的概念和原理,给出了可视化CAPP原型系统的系统结构,并阐述其关键技术。 Although it has been researched for many years, CAPP is still a bottleneck of product design/manufacturing automation. Some drawbacks of current CAPP systems are analyzed. It is pointed out that the key of these problems is human machine cooperation, and the visualization is the important base of the cooperation. Then, this paper discusses the concepts and principles of visual process planning, presents the framework of a visual CAPP prototype system, and explains its key technologies.
