摘要
从白酒大曲中筛选出酸性蛋白酶产量高的菌株S-01和S-02,测定其酸性蛋白酶活力为10 U/g左右。通过紫外诱变、亚硝基胍诱变及温度驯化,进一步得到1株耐高温菌株GS-06,其产酶量达到29.2 U/g左右。
Two acid protease-producing strains S-01 and S-02 were isolated successfully from Daqu, and their acid protease-producing capacity was about 10 U/g, after UV mutation, NTG mutation and temperature acclimatization, a high-temperature resistant acid protease-producing strain GS-06 was further obtained, and its acid protease-producing capacity could reach up to about 29.2 U/g.
