摘要
GB/T 11856—2008中白兰地酯类测定采用指示剂法对去除酒样中的不挥发物之后的蒸馏液进行测量,本实验对用电位滴定法对酒样直接测定进行条件摸索研究,并比较两种测定方法的结果。结果表明,两者效果有着显著差别,可能是白兰地中含有不挥发的酯类物质而导致。
The measurement of esters content in brandy in GB/T 11 856-2008 is performed by use of indicator method after the removal of non-volatile substances in brandy samples. In this experiment, potentiometric titration method was adopted for direct measurement of esters con- tent in brandy samples. The measurement results of the two methods were comp^ed. The results suggested that there was significant difference between the two methods and such difference might be induced by non-volatile substances in brandy.
