摘要
采用系统工程的方法,提出了一种适合于工艺方案的综合评价方法及模型,该模型综合考虑工时定额、工艺成本、设备自动化程度及设备运行状态,从而解决了CAD/CAPP并行系统中多工艺方案的综合评价问题。
By applying to the concept of systems engineering, a model for synthesis evaluation on process plans and its methods are presented. In the process of evaluation, manufacturing time, manufacturing costs, facility automation and running status are all taken into account, then the problems in CAD/CAPP concurrent system are solved.
