Discussion on Prohibition of Alcohol,Morality and Law

对禁酒的道德层面作简要分析;回顾了中、美两国历史上关于开展"禁酒"所取得的效果,并介绍了现今我国法律上与"禁酒"有关的法律法规。指出开展"禁酒"活动及相关立法不能一概而论,需根据具体情况具体分析;全面禁酒不可取,局部、适度的禁酒才是合乎人情及社会需求的。(晓文)

The prohibition of alcohol was analyzed from a moral point of view. The implementation effects of alcohol prohibition in China and in the U.S. in history were reviewed. The laws and regulations on alcohol prohibition in China at present were introduced. It was put forward that al- cohol prohibition should be handled in an objective way, absolute alcohol prohibition was doomed to failure, and the advocacy of proper drinking was feasible in practice.
