摘要 河套酒业集团建成了白酒酿造全过程实现机械化生产的生产车间,其生产模式采用清蒸二次清的工艺路线。生产设备包括筒仓及粮食自动输送系统、高压蒸煮及自动控制压力和翻转倒料系统、摊晾加曲系统、不锈钢槽车地面恒温发酵系统、自动上料蒸酒系统、稻壳精选及自动上料系统6个系统。经过一年多的生产,这套白酒固态发酵的机械化生产设备运行良好,其生产能力达到了预期的设计,每班8 t投粮,人均投粮572 kg,是传统生产模式的4倍。该套设备的运行解决了白酒行业劳动用工难的问题,实现了白酒行业清洁化生产的目标。 Hetao Liquor Industry Group has successfully constructed the advanced workshop which could realize the whole-process liquor mechanized production.The production pattern has adopted the technical route of separated distillation and grain steaming.The production facilities include six systems including automatic silo and grains transportation system,automatic control system for high-pressure steaming and grains turnover and dumping,airing and starter-adding system,constant temperature fermentation system in stainless steel tank,automatic feeding and distilling system,automatic rice husk charging & screening system.Through more than one year production,the facilities run well.Its production capacity could achieve the expected goal(8 t grains for each shift and 572 kg grain per capita,4 times of traditional production mode).The operation of such facilities could settle the problem of difficult labor employment in liquor-making industry and could realize clean production.
