介绍了10万t锌冶炼焙烧制酸系统控制循环水的水质的方法和措施。将循环水浓排水作为制酸净化补水、泵冷却水、干吸产酸加水等能满足生产和产品要求,并获得较好的经济效益。
The measures and methods of controlling water quality of circulating water of roasting acid- making system in 100 000 t zinc smelting were introduced. The circulating water was used in purification process of acid-making system, cooling of pump, and acid-making of drying and absorption process, and it could meet the production requirements, and achieves better economic effects.
