摘要
转型时期的农村干部队伍建设近几年取得了一些成绩,但问题仍然凸显,影响了基层组织效能的发挥。针对农村干部队伍建设中存在的问题,及如何解决这些问题,笔者以临沂市兰山区推行的规范"四民主一考核"试点工作及罗庄区、兰山区南坊镇实施的农村干部工资、养老统筹试点工资工作等为研究案例,对如何加强农村干部队伍建设进行了深入细致的研究探索,并获得许多有益启发。
Some achievements have been made in the construction of the contingent of rural cadres in the transitional period, but there are still some problems,which barriers the performance of the grassroots institutions.To solve the problem,the author takes the "Four Democracy and One Assessment"experiment in Lanshan District and wage and pension coordinating system experiment in Luozhuang District as the case study, and has a deep analysis of these until leads to some useful inspirations.
