摘要
提出了可以实现共轭啮合或者近共轭啮合的链轮啮合原理。通过预先设定链轮链条的瞬心线,保证标准链条各种参数不变和设定若干假设的情况下,导出了与标准链条相共轭啮合的新型链轮理论齿廓方程。对采用新型链轮齿廓的发动机正时链进行了建模和多体动力学仿真,分析了正时链的各项动态性能。
This paper put forward to be able to achieve conjugate or nearly conjugate engagement sprocket meshine principle. Through presetting the chain sprocket centrode,ensure the standard chain and various parameters constant and setting several hypothetical case,derived conjugate mesh with standard chain sprocket tooth profile equation of the model theory.The new sprocket tooth profile of engine timing chain modeling and multibody dynamics simulation, analysis of the dynamic performance of the timing chain.
