临沂市水资源承载力及其提升措施研究

A Research to the Water Carrier Capacity and Promotion Measures in Linyi

随着城市建设、工农业生产的迅速发展,临沂市水资源越来越显得短缺,水资源供需关系日趋紧张,水资源承载力严重不足,并在一定程度上成为临沂市国民经济建设和社会可持续发展的重要制约因素。提高临沂市水资源承载力,必须建立科学的水资源管理体系,调整产业结构,加强水资源优化配置,促进社会经济、资源环境可持续发展,加大水资源保护工作力度,通过价格杠杆提高水资源的承载能力。

With the rapid development of urban construction and production of industry and agriculture,the water resource has become limited.The relationship between water supply and demand has become strained and the capacity of water resources carrying capacity has a serious shortage and in a certain degree become a constraint in the sustainable development of Linyi.To promote the carrying capacity of water resource,the scientific management system of water resources has to be established.Mean- while,to adjust the business structure,to promote the carrying capacity of water,enhance the optimal allocation of water,to protect the water resources,to improve the carrying capacity of water with the price leverage.
