论证据的审查和判断

On Review and Judgement of Evidence

证据是调查和了解案件的基石。用于定案的证据应当经过侦查人员全面细致地审查。用于证明案件的证据应当具有客观性、合法性和关联性。本文从证据三性的角度提出证据的审查判断方法。

The evidence is the cornerstone to investigate and understand the case. The evidence used for deciding on a verdict should go through thorough and careful investigation. The evidence used to prove the case must be objective, legitimate and relevant. This paper puts forward methods of investigation and judgement of evidence in the perspective of ＂three natures＂ of evidence.
