论高职高专院校诊所式法律教育模式的完善

Discussion on the Improvement of Clinical Legal Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational College

诊所式法律教学模式的引入和推广,改变了我国传统法律教育的教学理念,弥补了我国传统高职法律专业教育的诸多不足,对于提高学生综合素质、培养符合时代需要的合格法律人才也有着重要意义。虽然诊所式法律教育模式在高职高专院校的推广和实施过程中遇到了困难,但是只要我们通过改革将诊所式法律教学模式不断的完善,中国高职高专院校的法学教育就会取得更好的发展。

The introduction and promotion of clinical legal teaching mode, which changes our traditional legal teaching concept and makes up several shortcomings of our traditional legal education in higher vocational college, has great significance for improving students＇ comprehensive quality and training the qualified legal talents. Although there are some troubles during the process of its promotion and implementation, as long as we improve the teaching mode through reform, our legal education in higher vocational college will get better development.
