我国城乡公共体育服务均等化发展策略研究——基于农村人口流动与迁移角度

我国经济发展尚未到达"刘易斯转折点",农村外出务工人员仍将继续向城市流动,而且呈增长趋势;我国城市化发展已由原来的"自上而下"政府管制模式转变为"自下而上"市场经济主导模式,市场经济继续推动我国农村人口城市化发展。农村人口的继续流动和迁移将对输入地、输出地和流动迁移人群自身的公共体育服务均等化发展造成不利的影响。鉴于对我国农村人口流动的现状和未来迁移趋势考虑,我国城乡公共体育服务均等化发展战略应将重点放在城市中农民工、农村留守人群、小城镇和社会主义新农村公共体育服务均等化建设上。
