应用大孔吸附树脂分离,排除西洋参蜂王浆中糖类等水溶性杂质,再以分光光度法测定其总皂甙含量。应用本法测定人参蜂王浆等口服液中总皂甙含量效果同样好。对控制含有西洋参、人参的制剂质量都具有实用价值。

This article adopts macro-reticular resins to separate and get rid of water solubl impurities such as carbohydrate in Panax quinquefolium so as to dete mine its total saponin content by spectrophotometrv. This method also yields good results in determining the total saponins in P. ginseng ora solution. For the control or appraisement of the quality of preparations containing P. quinquefoliurn or P. ginseng oral solutions this method has practical value.
