摘要
当前,随着网络消费的迅猛发展,网络购物已成为消费者维权投诉的重灾区,致使侵害网络消费者交易安全权、知情权、公平交易权和求偿权的行为不断发生,严重破坏了我国的经济秩序和消费者的合法权益。为了保护消费者的合法权益,就必须完善我国现有的保护消费者合法权益的法律制度,当务之急是健全以规制经营者的相关法律义务和责任为重心,以保障消费者合法权益为核心,以规范监管电商行业法律准则为关键,以完善消费者救济途径为保障的网络消费者权益保护制度。
As a result of rapid development of network consumption, network shopping has become a hard - hit area of network consumers rights protection, which leads to constant cases of network consumers' trading safety, rights for information, fair play and request for compensation, thus violating China's economic order and legal rights of consumers. Improvements must be made in China's current law in the field of protecting consumers' rights. Such work should focus on specifying relevant legal duties and responsibilities of operators, and centers on protecting consumers' rights, hinge on regulating and monitoring electronic merchants' behavior, and guaranteeing an approach of remedy methods.
