摘要
高职院校的实践教学体系是彰显高职人才培养特色,实现高职人才培养目标的重要支撑。顶岗实习是实践教学体系中必不可少的环节,对于培养适合职业岗位需要的高端技能型人才具有至关重要的作用。本文结合北京经济管理职业学院金融与证券专业学生顶岗实习的实践,探索了顶岗实习的组织实施方式,并针对顶岗实习过程中存在的问题,提出了进一步完善顶岗实习的对策和措施。
