摘要
目的观察复方异丙托溴铵水溶液(可必特)联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期的疗效。方法 180例COPD急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例。治疗组和对照组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方异丙托溴铵水溶液联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入,连用7～10d。结果治疗组在治疗后动脉血氧分压值升高和动脉血CO2分压(PaCO2)值降低较对照组显著,治疗组在治疗后1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)和FEV1占预计值百分比提高较对照组显著,治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论复方异丙托溴铵联合氨溴索雾化吸入对缓解COPD急性加重期是一种安全、快捷的方法,能有效地缩短病程,疗效确切,不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous inhalation with ambroxol combined Combivent on AECOPD patients. Methods 180 AECOPD patients were divided randomly into the experimental group （90 cases） and the control group （90 cases）. Each group received conventional treatment. The cases in ex- perimental group were inhaled with ambroxol combined combivent for 7 to 10 days. Results There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the increase of PaO2 and the decrease of PaCOe after treatment, even on the increase of FEV1 and FEV1 ~. The effect in experimental group was better. Conclusion It is a safe and convenient way for patients to inhale with continuous ambroxol combined combivent. It can short the course, which has definite effect and less untoward effect.
