摘要
研究了呫吨醇的合成方法,先以邻氯苯甲酸和苯酚为起始原料合成邻苯氧基苯甲酸,再在三氯氧磷的催化下环合合成呫吨酮,最后在锌粉的还原下合成呫吨醇。尤为关键的是在第二步中用三氯氧磷代替文献中使用的三氯化铝作为催化剂,降低了反应难度,第三步中使用锌粉代替文献中使用的硼氢化钠及钠汞齐作为还原剂,避免了对环境的污染,降低了成本。
O-ehlorobenzoic acid and Phenol were used as starting meterials to form 2-ethoxybenzoic acid, then catalysed by phosphoryl chloride to form xanthone,and finally reduced by zinc to form xanthyrol. It was critical to use phosphoryl chlorid as catalyst instead of aluminium trichoride in the literature reduced the difficulty of the reaction in the second step,and in the third step, use zinc as reducing agent instead of sodium borohydride and sodium amalgam in the literature avoid contaminating the environment, even more lower the cost.
