摘要
介绍了三级克劳斯硫回收装置的工艺设计,重点阐述了分流法引入酸性气、高温掺合和气气换热加热过程等工艺方法及特点;列举了实际生产中遇到的部分问题,从设计角度进行解析并提出改进措施。
The design characteristics of the Three-Reactor Claus Sulfur Recovery Plant were introduced, focusing on the process and characteristics of the shunt method to introduce the acid gas ,high temperature blending gas and the heat transfer between the gas and gas; listed some problems in the process of the actual production, and analyzed these problems, and also given some suggestions to solve these problems from the view of the designers.
