摘要 目的探讨短期乙醇暴露对大鼠体重及机体重要脏器的脏体比影响。方法健康成年雌性SD大鼠80只,随机分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组20只。以0.5 ml/100 g体重给予低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组大鼠腹腔注射10%、20%及30%的乙醇,对照组等剂量腹腔注射生理盐水,每天1次,共4周。每周固定时间测量大鼠体重,实验结束时取脏器并称其重量,计算其脏体比。结果在乙醇的暴露的第1周,高剂量组大鼠体重均比对照组、低剂量、中剂量组大鼠低(P<0.05);中剂量的脑组织脏体比比对照组、低剂量组减小(P<0.05),高剂量的肝与脾组织脏体比均比对照组、低、中剂量组增大(P<0.05)。结论短期高剂量乙醇暴露可影响雌性大鼠的体重增长;可引起脑脏体比减小,肝及脾的脏体比增大。 Objective To explore the effect of femal rats to short-term alcohol-exposed on body weight and organ body ratio. Methods Femal SD rats grouping to control,L-alcohol,M-alcohol and H-alcohol group,then received 10% ,20% and 30% alcohol by intraperitoneal injection every day for 4 weeks. The animal were weight every week. The heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys and testis of the animal were weight,than their organ body ratio were calculated. Results The weight of H-alcohol group was lighter than the control and L-alcohol group in the first week of the exposure of ethanol ( P 〈 0.05 ). The brain body ratio of M-alcohol group decreased versus the control and L-alcohol ( P 〈 0.05 ). The liver and spleen body ratio of H-alcohol group increased versus the control, L-alcohol and M-alcohol group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Short-term exposure to high dose ethanol can affect the female rats weight growth, cause an decrease in brain body ratio, an increase in liver and spleen body ratio.
