水相原位法合成1,3-二-羧甲基硫脲(DCMTU)包覆CdS量子点及其荧光性质

摘要 采用水相原位合成法,用室温下氨基乙酸与二硫化碳的反应产生的1,3-二羧甲基硫脲(DCMTU)、硫化氢分别作为稳定剂、硫源,氯化镉为前驱体制备了尺寸在8、16、35和50nm左右的水分散CdS量子点.并分别讨论了氨基乙酸与镉离子的摩尔比对CdS量子点晶型、粒径、IR、XRD、UV-Vis和荧光性能的影响,还讨论了制备pH值、温度及样品处理方式等因素对CdS量子点荧光性能的影响. 1,3-dicarboxymethyhhiourea (DCMTU) -capped CdS quantum dots with sizes of about 8, 16, 35 and 50 nm were synthesized through in-situ aqueous method by using CdC12 as precursor and HES as stabilizer under room temperature. The effects of molar ratios of glycine to CdC12 on the crystal phase and size of CdS quantum dots, and the change in XRD, IR, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra were also investigated in this study. The effects of pH value, temperature, and the sample preparation methods on the fluorescence properties of CdS quantum dots were also examined.
