摘要
对万利一矿42202大采高综采工作面末采期间进行了矿压实测与分析。结果表明:末采期间虽然降低了采高,但由于工作面推进速度较慢,给上覆岩层留下了足够的运动时间,与正常回采期间相比,来压强度和持续距离都增加了。采用强力垛式支架有效维护了回撤通道的顶板,但正帮变形严重。基于末采期间矿压规律制定的顶板管理技术措施对保证工作面安全、快速和高效回撤具有重要意义。
A site mine pressure measurement and analysis were conducted in No.42202 fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face in Wanli No.1 coal mine in the concluding mining period.The results showed that even though reducing the mining height during the concluding mining,the slower face advancing supplies plenty time to the overburden to motion.Compared with the normal recovery period,the pressure strength and sustaining distance increased.Crib stands with strong support resistance maintenance the roof of the retracement channel effectively,but the normal deformed seriously.The roof control technical based on the pressure law of mining in concluding mining period ensures the removing of the mining face safely,fastly and efficiently,it has great significance.
