摘要
利用合金化手段改善高硅钢及快凝薄带的组织性能。通过OM、XRD、VSM等研究了铝、硼、铌等合金元素对其组织织构、力学性能和磁性能的影响。结果表明,合金化能够改善铸态高硅钢的强韧性。在快凝薄带状态,铝元素会增大其晶粒尺寸并增强{100}和{114}<221>方向的织构,降低磁导率和磁滞损耗。
The properties of high-silicon steel and rapid quenching ribbon were modified by means of allo- ying. The effect of aluminum, boron, niobium and other elements on microstructure, mechanical proper- ties and magnetic properties were investigated with OM, XRD and VSM. The results show that the ob- durability of casting is improved after alloying. In rapid quenching ribbon, A1 element increases its grain size and enhances the texture direction of {100} and {114}〈221〉while reduces the permeability and mag- netic hysteresis loss.
