摘要 综述了国内外制备4,4'-二氨基二苯醚的研究进展,着重介绍了原料4,4'-二硝基二苯醚的各种合成方法,并对其各自的优缺点进行对比,得到最佳合成方法为对硝基氯苯一步缩合法;介绍了各种4,4'-二硝基二苯醚硝基还原法制备4,4'-二氨基二苯醚。经分析对比,指出对硝基氯苯一步缩合制备4,4'-二硝基二苯醚,再催化加氢制备4,4'-二氨基二苯醚是较佳的合成路线和制备工艺,目前的研究重点是开发新型高效、廉价的催化剂。 This paper reviewed the progress in the preparation of 4,4′- diaminodiphenyl ether at home and a- broad. The raw material 4,4′- dinitrodiphenyl ether's synthetic methods ( such as nitration of diphenyl ether, p - di- nitrobenzene method, condensation of p - chloronitrobenzene with p - nitrophenol or p - nitrophenolate, direct con- densation of p -chloronitrobenzene) and nitro groups reduction processes (such as iron reduction, stannous chloride? - ? hydrochloric acid? reduction, sodium sulfide? reduction, hydrazine? reduction, catalytic hydrogenation reduc- tion) were introduced emphatically. Based on analysis and comparison, the results show that the direct condensation of p - chloronitroberLzene for producing 4,4′- dinitrodiphenyl ether, and then through catalytic hydrogenation for pro- ducing 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether are the better synthetic process. The current? research focus is? the develop- ment of? efficient and? cheap catalysts.
