草浆白泥碳酸钙对AKD施胶性能影响的探讨

Effects of white mud from straw pulping alkali recovery on AKD sizing performance

为了了解白泥碳酸钙对AKD施胶性能的影响因素,研究了制备白泥碳酸钙的绿液和生石灰对AKD施胶性能的影响。结果表明:绿液和生石灰都对AKD的施胶性能有抑制作用,且绿液的影响要大于生石灰。除去绿液的水不溶物或生石灰的酸不溶物,能够较好地改善白泥碳酸钙对AKD施胶性能的抑制。

To find out the factors influencing on alkyl ketene dimer sizing performance when white mud is applied in filling, the effects of green liquor and lime on AKD sizing performance of paper filled with the white mud were studied. The result shows that both green liquor and lime will influence the AKD sizing performance, with green liquor is more influential than lime. When the water insoluble substances in green liquor or HCI insoluble substances in lime are removed, the inhibition of white mud on AKD sizing performance will be reduced obviously.
