利用显微技术测定脱墨浆内细小油墨粒径方法

摘要 在评价废纸脱墨效果的方法中,无法测定粒径小于8μm的油墨颗粒,但这部分油墨对白度有着重要的影响。本文通过显微成像技术及图像颗粒分析系统对脱墨浆中的油墨粒径进行了分析。实验结果表明,通过该方法最小可以测出粒径为1μm的油墨粒子,可以为脱墨实验提供更好地检测油墨粒子粒径分布的方法。 In the evaluation of deinking effect of waste paper pulping, there was no measuring method for the ink particles smaller than 8μm, which has the serious influence to whiteness. In this paper, image analysis and micrographic method were used to measure the ink particles. The results show that this rnethod can be used to measure the ink particle above 1μm, it can provide a better method for the measurement of residual ink size distribution for deinking experiments.
