介绍利用可编程控制器在福建南纸#2浆板机打包系统中的应用,整个流程按照生产工艺要求,在输入信号的作用下,根据工艺流程的状态和顺序,在生产过程中各个执行机构自动有序地进行操作,实现浆板的理纸(纸张整理)、压包(浆包压缩)、称重、封包(包装纸折叠)、打结(铁丝捆扎)等整个生产过程的自动化生产。

The application of programmable logic controller in baling system of Fujian Nanping Paper No.2 pulpboard line was introduced. In the process, according to the status and sequence controlled by input signal, each executor was orderly operated to realize the automatic production of pulpboard conditioning, bale press, weighing, wrapping paper tblding and knotting of bundling.
