上海市区域经济差异演化及原因分析

EVOLUTION AND REASONS OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC DISCREPANCY IN SHANGHAI CITY

运用泰尔指数、基尼系数和变异系数得出上海区域经济总体差异演化过程,通过基尼系数分解测得上海区域内部和区域之间差异,结果发现:(1)1995～2005年上海市区域经济总体差异变化平缓,而2005～2009年总体差异急剧扩大;(2)1995～2009年中心城区内部差异经历"缓慢下降—急剧上升"的过程,郊区内部差异呈扩大的态势,而城郊之间差异呈"缩小—扩大"的态势。认为城市化、产业转移、区域投资政策和行政区划调整等是上海区域经济差异的重要成因。

Theil index, Gini coefficient and coefficient of variation were used to estimate the discrepancy of Shanghai and Theil index was decomposed to calculate inner and among discrepancy of the city. The results showed： （ 1 ） overall discrepancy went slowly from 1995 to 2005 while from 2005 to 2009 the discrepancy went dramatically for the city; （2） inner city went through ＂slow down to sharp rise＂ and among suburb the inner discrepancy was expanding, meanwhile, it showed that the discrepancy between inner city and suburb had the tendency of ＂shrink and expand＂ from 1995 to 2009. In the end, we revealed that suburbanization, urbaniza- tion, industry transfer, regional investment policies and administrative division were important reasons for the discrepancy of Shanghai.
