东方国际创业股份有限公司成立于1998年11月，上市于2000年7月，注册资本3．2亿元。公司前身为拥有40余年经营历史的上海市服装进出口公司，现为东方国际（集团）有限公司旗下的子公司之一。截至2009年末，东方创业总资产达33亿元．净资产达18．74亿元。
Orient International Enterprise, Ltd. （OIE）, established in Nov.1998 and listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in July 2000, has a registered capital of 320 million RMB. The company originated from the former Shanghai Garments Import and Export Co., Ltd, which had more than 40 years history. The company is one of the main subsidiaries of Orient International （Holding） Co. Ltd. By the end of 2009, OIE has a total asset exceeding 3.3 billion RMB and net asset of 1.874 billion RMB. Through continual resource allocation optimization and strategic adjustment, the company has gradually formed the diversified business structure consisting of four main fields--international trade, logistics services, investments and capital operations.
