摘要
利用赛络纺纺制天丝/牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱,可以改善产品条干均匀度,提高纱线强力,减少纱线毛羽,使纱线质量得到较大程度的提高。介绍了18.5 tex 60/40天丝/牛奶蛋白纤维赛络纺纱的开发过程,纺纱各工序的工艺参数及采取的工艺措施。
Tencel/milk protein fiber blended yam can improve yarn evenness, strength and reduce yarn hairiness which increases the yam quality greatly. This thesis introduces the technological plan as well as the processing parameters and technological measures adopted in each process in developing Tencel,/milk protein fiber sirospun yam.
