Cotton pulp solvent cellulose fiber, characteristics of cotton fiber＇s comfort, polyester fiber＇s strength, viscose fiber＇s draptility and silk＇ s soft and shiny, meets the performance requirements of high-grade textile products. This article describes the significance in developing cotton pulp solvent cellulose fiber and the main characters of the fiber as well as the exploration of the development of this fiber yarn. The spinning process specilities and the measures to optimize the processes are analyzed through practical production of the yarn.
