摘要
通过对高速柴油机,特别是重载柴油机气门常见的失效形式进行分析,探讨了引起气门实效的各种因素,从气门设计、材料选择、制造和使用的角度提出了改进措施,对柴油机气门设计和维护保养有一定的借鉴作用。
Through analysis of malfunction of high speed diesel engine valves,especially of high duty engines,the varied reasons of the air valve malfunction are discussed.From the aspects of valve design,material selection,manufacture and maintenance,the solutions to deal with the malfunction are given,which would offer some references for the design and maintenance of engine valves.
