“多元协同”模式的电子商务专业建设研究

Patterns of Multiple Elements Collaboration in the Construction of E-commerce Specialty

加强专业建设工作,不仅是提高人才培养质量的关键,也是提升毕业生就业率的基本途径。文章分析了高职电子商务专业建设现存问题,阐明专业建设的主体和关键事务,以及它们的相关性,提出以师资建设、教学改革、工学交替、实习实训、技能大赛为多元抓手,协同推进专业建设,进而提高人才服务社会的专业化能力,落实就业目标。

Enhancing specialty construction is not only important for improving the quality of fostering talents, but also is the basic way to improve the employment rate of graduates. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of e-commerce specialty in higher vocational colleges, and clarifies the subject, key issues of specialty construction and their relevance, presenting the idea of em- ploying teacher development, teaching reform, engineering alternative, practical training and skills competition as multiple means to collaboratively promote specialty construction, and further improve the professional skills of talents serving society and fulfill the goals of employment.
