摘要
针对未来信息化条件下作战中如何科学合理地组织应急物流保障体系的问题,分析了信息化条件下作战军民一体化应急物流保障的基本要求,研究了军民一体化应急物流保障体系和机制,提出了军民一体化应急物流保障的主要方法,为构建具有我军特色的"大保障"体制,从而加快提升部队体系保障能力提供理论指导。
Aiming at the problem of how to organize rationally emergency logistics support system, this paper proposes the essential requirements, system, mechanisms and methods of military-civil integrated emergency logistics support for infor- mation-based warfare. The research result can give direction for constructing ＂ integration support system＂ with Chinese characteristics to improve force system support capability.
