构建工商管理类应用型本科专业实践教学体系的探索

Exploration on Constructing the Practical Teaching System for Applied Undergraduates of Business Administration Major

实践教学是体现应用型本科人才培养目标的重要环节,是提高学生的综合素质、培养学生的实践能力和创新意识的重要途径。而目前,工商管理类应用型本科的实践教学存在着教学条件不完善、师资条件不足、教学体系不健全、教学组织与管理不到位等问题。本文以工商管理类应用型本科专业的教学实践为基础,从教学目标、体系特色、考核体系、教学环境、教学管理等五个方面提出了构建实践教学及考核体系的几点建议。

Practical teaching is an important part of reflecting the objective of training applied undergraduate talents, it is also an im- portant way to enhance students＇comprehensive quality, practical ability and sense of innovation. However, there are many problems in current practical teaching of business administration applied undergraduate teaching, such as the imperfect teaching conditions, inade- quate teachers, incomplete teaching system and imperfect organization and management. Based on our teaching practice, this article puts forward some suggestions on the construction of practice teaching and assessment system from five aspects of teaching objectives, system characteristics, examination system, teaching environment and teaching management.
