The Research of Supply Chain Inventory Management

库存管理作为供应链管理的核心问题,对企业的可持续性发展起着至关重要的影响。传统的库存管理都是站在各自的立场独立的来处理解决一系列问题,而现今随着社会的进步、经济的发展、管理水平的提高,传统的库存管理已经不能很好地使企业低成本高效的运作了,这就要求我们以一种新的角度对库存进行管理。为此文章将从供应链整体的角度出发对企业库存管理主要存在的问题以及解决策略进行研究说明,希望能为我国企业实施库存管理提供些许借鉴。

Inventory management as the core of the supply chain management play main effect for the sustainable devel-opment of enterprises. The traditional inventory management often stand on the positions of the respective to independently solve a series of problems, nowadays with the progress of so- ciety, the development of economy, the improvement eft man- agement level, the traditional inventory management has been unable to operate enterprise highly efficient with low cost, this require us to manage inventory in a new point of view. This paper from the whole supply chain perspective research and explain the major problems and its solving strategies of enter- prise inventory management, want to provide some reference for our country enterprise inventory management.
