摘要
考察了3种不同性能的压电陶瓷材料,即偏硬性的铌镁-铌锰-锆钛酸铅(PMMN-PZT)、软性的铌镁-铌镍-锆钛酸铅(PMN-PNN-PZT)和性能介于二者之间的经MnO2添加改性的PMN-PNN-PZT对压电马达性能的影响。利用这3种压电陶瓷材料作为一种摇头式压电超声马达的定子换能器,分别考察了它们对转速、力矩输出、效率和定子换能器的频带宽度等性能的影响。作为对比,也考察了研制的压电马达和日本同类压电马达产品性能的比较,结果显示研制的马达样面性能不低于日本马达的性能,其综合性能甚至更优。
This paper investigates three kinds of the plezoelectric ceramic materials, which are 'hard type' piezoelectrlc materials PMMN-PZT, 'soft type'piezoelectric materials PMN-PNN-PZT, and 'intermediate type' piezoelectric material doped with MnO2,PMN-PNN-PZT+MnO2which characteristic is between the above two materials'.Stator tfansducers of ultrasonic motor,operated at circular bending vibration modes,were made by using three kind piezoelectric materials. The effects of the piezoelectric materials on speed,torque,effciency and work frequency band of ultrasonic mgtors were examined experimently' As a contrast,we also list properties of both our ultrasonic motors and Japan' s. The contrast result shows that motors made by us have comparable or ever better combining performances.
