摘要
探讨了道路混凝土振动密实性能与强度间的关系。针对不同施工性能的道路混凝土,通过抗压和抗弯拉强度研究振动时间对密实程度的影响,得到最佳振动延续时间,结合普通振捣棒的有效作用半径得到与之匹配的最佳摊铺速度。研究表明,混凝土坍落度为0、10、30、50、70mm时,所对应的最佳摊铺速度为0.75、0.85、1.0、1.2、1.5m/min。
The relationships between compacting performance and the strength of road concrete were discussed. For different construction performance of road concrete, the impact of vibration time on compacting degree was studied by compressive strength and flexural tensile strength, and the optimal vibration time was obtained. Combined with the effective radius of ordinary vibration bar, the matc- hing optimum paving speed was obtained. Research shows that: when the Concrete slump is 0,10,30, 50,70 ram,the matching optimum paving speed is 0.75,0.85,1.0,1.2,1.5 m/min.
