摘要
高等教育大众化背景下,应不断优化应用型会计专业人才的培养体系。明确人才培养目标,探索、创新人才培养模式,建立完善的人才培养方案,并持续加强校外信息反馈系统的建设,对人才培养绩效进行评估,根据评估结果分别调整人才培养目标或者创新人才培养模式,最终实现培养体系的良性、动态循环。
Under the background of higher education popularization, the training system of application - oriented accounting profes- sional talents should be optimized continuously. We must clear the talent training target, explore and innovative the tal- ents training mode, set up a perfect talent training plan. Then, we also should continue to strengthen the construction of school information feedback system on talent cultivation and performance evaluation, and according to the evaluation re- sults adjust respectively talents training target or innovative talent training mode. Finally, we can realize the training sys- tem in benign and dynamic cycle.
