摘要
针对传统线性大功率开关调制器难以满足目前微波效应源使用需求的现状,采用多路调制管并联和变压器升压的方法,研究了一种C波段大功率速调管放大器微波效应源,阐述了其设计原理和总体方案,并根据技术指标要求确定了相关电路设计参数,对主要功能电路进行了设计和试验,试验结果证明主要技术指标满足设计要求.
Based on current status of the microwave source application whose traditional linear high-power switch modulator cannot satisfy the requirement, this paper studies a new C-band high-power klystron microwave source by applying multiple modulating tubes in parallel and transformer voltage boosting methods. This paper demonstrates the design principle, calculates the relative circuits parameters according to the technical index, and designs the main functional circuits. Finally,a practical C-band high-power microwave source is produced, and the test result proves it can fulfil the design requirement.
