夫妻忠诚协议是夫妻约定彼此互负忠诚义务的双方民事行为,是对婚姻契约法定内容的补充。在不违反法律和公序良俗的情况下,夫妻双方自愿签订的夫妻忠诚协议应该是有效的。

A marital loyalty agreement is agreed by the couple to bear the duty of loyalty to each other and supplement of the statutory marriage contract. The marital loyalty agreement signed voluntarily should be effective except the agreement violating the legal or public order.
