原油氯转移剂在常减压蒸馏装置中的试验效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 原油中的氯分为有机氯和无机氯两种形态。在原油加工过程中,原油中的无机氯和有机氯水解生成大量的HCl,在水存在时具有强腐蚀性,它给加工装置的防腐蚀工作和安全生产带来了很大的压力。文章针对常减压蒸馏装置塔顶氯离子偏高的实际问题,对试用TLV-1原油氯转移剂的过程进行分析,对试验效果进行总结和讨论。 The chlorine in crude oil exists in two forms: organic chloride and inorganic chloride. In the processing of crude oil, inorganic chlorine and organic chloride in crude oil hydrolyze and create large amount of HC1, which, in the presence of water, is highly corrosive. That brings lots of troubles to the anticorrosion of processing devices and safety in production. Aiming at the problem that the content of chloride ion is high at the top part of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, this paper analyzes the process of using chlorine trans- forming- agent named TLV- 1 to transform the chlorine in cruder oil, and also discusses and summarizes the effect of this method.
