摘要
首先介绍了无量纲指标的概念以及构建新无量纲指标的理论,然后在分析近年来无量纲指标研究成果的基础上,采用遗传编程方法通过对既有参数重新组合优化,构建了一个新的无量纲指标,并用于旋转机械的并发故障诊断。经过试验验证,该指标对文中所列的几种并发故障有较好的识别效果,可以应用于实际诊断中。
This paper firstly introduces the definition of dimensionless parameters and the theory of building a new one. Then on the basis of researching achievements of dimensionless parameters in recent years, a new dimensionless parameter is constructed with re- combinatorial optimization of obtained parameters using genetic algorithm for concurrent fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. Experimental result shows that the parameter has better recognition effect for the several concurrent faults listed in the paper and can be applied in the actual diagno- sis.
