摘要
为了更好地了解《全国大众健美操锻炼标准》第三套四级规定动作对高校女生身体成分的影响,以三明学院非体育专业的20名身体形态具有一定代表性的女大学生为研究对象,对其进行了为期16周的四级健美操锻炼,并对实验前后她们身体的一些性能指标进行了测试和分析。实验结果表明:四级健美操对高校女生减少脂肪有极显著效果,对降低体脂含量和增加瘦体重效果显著;能使高校女生BMI和WHR在正常范围内显著降低,塑形效果显著。
In order to have a better understanding of the effect of compulsory exercises of the fourth - grade of the third set of National Stan- dard of Mass Aerobic Exercise to the body composition of female college students, this paper proposed a research on 20 female students with representative body shape from non- sports major of Sanming University. Different body composition index of 16 - week aerobic exercise shows the fourth aerobic exercise has a great effect on decreasing fat of female college students and on reducing percentage of body fat and increasing lean tody mass, which also works well in body shaping and decreasing BMI and WHR of female students in a normal range.
