摘要
目的:采用浸提正交实验设计优化聚合草中黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以水为提取溶剂采用正交试验设计探讨提取温度、料液比、提取时间等因素对聚合草中黄酮类物质提取量的影响。结果:聚合草黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺参数为:浸提温度90℃、料液比1∶40、浸提时间2.5 h,在此条件下聚合草提取液中黄酮类物质百分含量为3.01%。结论:优选得到的工艺确实可行,适合聚合草中黄酮类物质的提取。
Objective:To establish the optimum preparation procedure of flavonoids from Symphytum Officinal Linn by orthogonal design. Method:Using water as extracting liquid, the effect factors of temperature, time of extraction and ratio of material to solvent on the flavonids extracted from Symphytum Officinal Linn were studied through orthogonal design. Results:The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from Symphytum Officinal Linn were as follows:water as extraction solvent at 90 ℃ for 2.5 h, the ratio of material to solvent was 1:40. Under the above conditions,percent content of flavonoids in Symphytum Officinal Linn extraction was 3.01%. Conclusion:This technological process is feasible and can be used for extracting flavonoids from Symphytum officinal Linn.
