外源激素对远志根尖离体生长的影响

Influence of Exogenous Hormone on Growth of Root Tips of Polygala Tenuifolia Willd.Cultured in vitro

目的：探讨不同种类的外源激素及其配比对远志根尖离体生长的影响。方法：以从远志无根苗分化出来的根为实验材料，研究外源激素对远志根尖离体生长的影响。结果：就远志根尖离体生长而言，适宜的激素组合为二苯基脲双磺酸钙（DSC）1．0mg／L＋IBA0．5mg/E。结论：外源激素的配比及种类与外植体的生长发育有密切关系。

Objective：To study the influence of different exogenous hormone compose and densities on growth of root tips of Polygala tenuifolia Willd cultured in vitro. Method： Root differentiated from plantlets without roots of Polygala tenuifolia Willd was used as experiment material,influence of different exogenous hormone treatments on growth of root tips cultured in vitro of Polygala tenuifolia Willd was studied. Results：The suitable exogenous hormone combination was 1.0 mg/L diphenylurea sulfonic calcium （DSC）＋0.5 mg/L 3-Indolebutyric acid （IBA）to growth of root tips cultured in vitro of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. Conclusion：The compose and densities of exogenous hormone were closely related to explants culture.
