试述四川郫县豆瓣的历史

根据辣椒在四川出现时间,考证郫县豆瓣的时间上限。通过文献论证历史上郫县豆瓣曾经的普通地位,分析地方志中有关郫县豆瓣的记载,对时下流行的郫县豆瓣300年历史进行论证,部分还原了郫县豆瓣历史的真实情况。

This article conducts a textual research on the origin of douban in Pixian County based on the time when pepper arose in Siehuan, makes a discussion on the former common status of douban in Pixian County by means of literature review, and analyzes some relevant records about douban in Pixian County in the Chorography. Subsequently, the author makes a sophisticated argumentation on 300-year history of prevailing douban in Pixian County, restoring the actual situation of the history of douban in Pixian County.
