摘要
每个民族、每个地域都有自己特有的饮食文化。通过对贵州省屯堡地区饮食文化生成机制的分析,关注屯堡饮食文化及支撑文化的生活环境之间的关系,在此基础上探究屯堡饮食文化与旅游开发融合的路径,采取有效的开发策略,实现饮食文化旅游开发目的。
Catering culture varies from region to region and from nationality to nationality.In light of analysis generative mechanism of catering culture,concerns are placed on the relations between Tunbao catering culture and culture-supported life environment. Based on this,the article probes into the approaches for integrating Tunbao catering culture with tourism development and adopts effective development strategies so as to develop catering culture and tourism in Anshun.
