"十一五"以来,南宁市积极转变发展理念,大胆创新发展模式,努力提高发展质量,总体发展态势良好,经济继续保持较高的增长速度,取得令人瞩目的成绩。在新形势下,面对消费需求空间、三次产业结构、科技进步、城乡二元结构、体制机制现设等方面存在的问题,必须抓紧国家新一轮西部大开发战略的实施、北部湾开放开发的深入、中国—东盟自由贸易区等机遇,实现南宁市经济发展方式的转变。

Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Nanning has been committed to actively changing development concept, boldly innovating development modes and improving development quality ,which gives rise to favorable overall development momentum and continuing higher economic growth rate. In the new situation, confronted with the problems in terms of the space of consumer demand, the three-industry structure, technological progress, the rural-urban dual structure and institutional mechanisms, Nanning tightly seizes the opportunity for the new round of implementation of the western development strategy,the further reform of Guangxi Beibu Gulf opening development and China-ASEAN Free Trade Area to transform economic development modes.
