Building Energy Audit and Energy Conservation Analysis of Shopping Malls

建筑能源审计是建筑节能监管体系建设中重要的环节。通过对南宁百货商场北楼的实践调查,审计该商场在运行中的建筑能耗情况,根据调查审计结果,分析商场建筑能耗的构成和特点,结合商场实际情况,从用能设备、能源管理、用能习惯三个方面分析节能潜力,提出健全能源计量、监管制度和降低能耗设备使用等节能措施。

Building energy audit is the key link of energy-saving regulatory system construction. Based on the practical survey on Nanning shopping mall, building energy consumption in shopping mall operation is audited. Then an analysis is conducted on the characteristics and structure of shopping mall building energy consumption. Finally, a series of energy-conservation measures are put forward by combing the shopping mall actual conditions and analyzing energy conservation potential in terms of energy consuming equipment,energy management and energy consuming habits.
